"Who?"

As soon as he spoke, Wyatt thought of something.

Seth replied, "She is Miss Castle's half-sister! As far as I know, Miss Castle was brought up by the current Mrs. Castle, a.k.a. her stepmother. Unlike the usual stereotype, Miss Castle gets along well with her stepmother and has a good relationship with her younger sister! It might be hard to believe, but the person Cecilia wants to marry is actually Alicia's ex-boyfriend, Jeremy. He was previously engaged to Miss Castle."

"What?"

Wyatt was shocked. He was confused. "How could she have a relationship with Jeremy? So the person Cecilia wants to marry is almost the one who almost became her brother-in-law? That doesn't sound like Cecilia and Waverly are close at all."

"From what I know, Miss Castle and Jeremy's engagement was a decision by their parents. The two of them never took it seriously. Thus, after they grew older, they went into their own relationships. The reason Miss Castle came to Casterwich City back then was because of Franklin. Another reason was to dissolve the engagement between her and Jeremy. Coincidentally, she found Miss Blanchard, and the two became friends. They are very similar, so it's no surprise they hit it off. Kind people are always rewarded. Jeremy and Lindsay almost get married. Due to some unknown reason, they split up. I heard that Cecilia went looking for Jeremy on her sister's behalf. It was a huge surprise when they got together. Apparently, she is the one who pursued Jeremy. Mrs. Castle was very against the idea, probably because of Miss Castle."

"Anyway, they are a very rational family. I quite admire their family's style of doing things. I suppose Miss Castle is lucky and Jaguar is good at managing the family. Either way, both his wives' daughters get along well. Their family is very united. Even after remarrying, he never faltered behind and continued pushing forward with success. Furthermore, Harry, the current head of the Castle family and brother to Waverly, is a force to be reckoned with as well. He lost his mother at a young age so his sister is all he has. Thus, he showers Waverly with adoration. Perhaps because Mrs. Castle took care of them and treated them well, not to mention the fact that she gave birth to a daughter who doesn't stake many claims to the family's wealth. Overall, she's quite intelligent. She isn't greedy or ill- hearted. Jaguar and Harry have treated her well in return. She has never lacked money nor has Cecilia. All these years, even though Jeremy has been out and about, most of his business is still centered in Casterwich City. He will most likely settle down here. Besides that, Miss Castle is planning to expand here too. It's foreseeable that both sisters will be staying here. I heard Jeremy has already renovated his new house. The wedding will be held in Casterwich City..."

The meaning behind Seth's words was very clear. He was implying that it was highly likely Waverly would be back for Cecilia's wedding.

After all, this was a once-in-a-lifetime event. Additionally, despite only being half- sisters with Cecilia, Waverly was still somewhat afraid of their stepmother's provocation. Logically speaking, she should be attending so that people wouldn't start any rumors.

"I see. In that case, call everyone back. If there's any news from the Castle family in Casterwich City, let me know at once!"

Ever since she mended things with Trevor and got pregnant, Victoria had felt like she was floating on cloud nine every single day. Even when she called her parents, she was truly at ease and not as careful with her words as before.

One day, she went home with Trevor to see her mother-in-law. They had lunch together before going back. On the way back, something occurred to her. Victoria dragged Trevor to the shopping mall. She wanted to check out things for the baby, but she ended up going into a clothes store.

She picked up two flowy dresses and was staring at them in the mirror. Suddenly, her phone buzzed. When she opened it, it was a terrifying picture. Above the word 'happy', a couple was holding a newborn baby that was crying with its eyeballs hanging out. On top of the picture was written, 'haha'.

Caught off guard, Victoria was startled.

"Ah!"

She almost dropped her cell phone. Fortunately, Trevor was nearby. He held her quickly and clutched her hand at the same time. Looking down, his face changed as well.

Selena!

If it was in the past, he would only take it as a prank. Now when he looked at this photo again, it was clear what she was trying to convey.

"It's okay. I just got frightened because I wasn't expecting it!" Patting her chest, Victoria slowly calmed herself down.

"Give me all the pictures she sent to you!"

He wanted to see what she had sent.

The more

she sent, the harsher he

would be on her. More importantly, there was no way for him to blocke off these messages completely from Victoria's phone. After all, Selena could just keep changing her number. There was no way for them to filter her out selectively. Trevor was frustrated by this fact. He had no choice but to give Selena a warning.

There were some things that he hadn't completely investigated and had notnoveldrama

arranged yet. Before those were done, he could not act.

"This is the first time she has done this."

As soon as Victoria spoke, Trevor's eyes froze. "Could it be..."

The next second, Victoria also understood. "She is nearby!"

She must have seen the two of them being close. That was why she had come up

with some ploy again.

They looked at each other. Trevor said, "I'll go make a call!"

Victoria nodded. Knowingly, she purposefully pushed him away as though in anger. Trevor also kept a distance from her. They were acting distant Victoria continued to pick out clothes for herself while Trevor kept watch of her from a few steps behind.

At the seating area of a dessert place opposite the store, Selena was watching their reactions. Putting down her phone, she smiled satisfactorily. "Perhaps it's good that I'm back. This might make them break even faster."

Thinking of this, Selena got up and went in the opposite direction of the couple. She went downstairs and left the building.

As she exited, she took out her mobile phone. Suddenly, a black figure flashed past her. She staggered as her phone and bag were taken away from her.

She was stunned for a second before she shouted, "Robber! Catch him!"

Turning around, she chased after him and followed him down a small path. As soon as she grabbed her bag, the man turned back and kicked her directly to the ground. She felt her whole body go limp as her vision went blurry.

"Ouch..."

Before she could react, another black shadow flashed by. The next second, a man wailed miserably.

"Get lost!" yelled a woman loudly.

Later, a woman reached out and pulled her up. She also returned her phone and bag. "Miss, are you okay?"

Selena had not yet recovered when suddenly her cell phone rang.

The next second, the woman said, "Okay, okay. I'm on my way! You're looking forme just because I am a love expert that has never failed, right? As long as you can pay the money and do what I say, within three months, I'll be able to help you get whatever man you want! I can even make a married man divorce his wife, so getting a husband back to his family is a piece of cake for me! I've never failed so far. Do you think I'm joking? As long as I take on the job, it'll definitely succeed. There is a one-time deposit of one hundred thousand. No less than that. Otherwise, don't look for me.
