nutritionally. There was lots of milk and yogurt every day, and they tasted pretty good. Plus, since I was often in the laboratory or my apartment and didn't eat those unhealthy foods outside, I think my skin condition has improved a lot, and I've slimmed down too. My body figure now is perfect."
