Ryan finally left Freya's place at 10:30 p.m.

The next day, an attendant of the official residence reported the matter to Nathan after he woke up.

"Ryan must've been telling Freya about hosting the first lady today." Heidi stood in front of the floor-to-ceiling mirror and tried on her clothes. She said, "I gave quite some information regarding today's banquet to Freya last night. Ryan came to visit me last night, and I brought up that matter. He said he was going to check on Freya's progress when he left."

"Their relationship is pretty close." Nathan hesitated for a moment. "However, they aren't biological siblings, after all. A single man and a single woman being together until late hours... I heard that they came back very late the day before yesterday because they had supper together..."

"Yes. Ryan is quite close to Freya. After all, they're of similar age. Maybe they have many things in common." Heidi smiled and said, "If only the person Freya married back then was Ryan. They're quite a good match."

"I'll remind Ryan in private not to look for Freya often when it's late at night.

Heidi wore an elegant coat over a dress. Then, she went downstairs.

After having breakfast, she brought Freya along and went to the banquet hall by

car.

When they arrived, Freya realized that besides the first lady, a foundation chairman, the wife of the deputy prime minister of Country N, and officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were present as well. Not only that, quite a number of reporters were in the banquet hall. There were Australian reporters as well as reporters from other countries.

It was Freya's first time attending such an official event, and she was standing by Heidi's side. The Australian reporters gave her a close-up. During lunch, Freya introduced the names of the food on the table in Country N's language.

It was not only the guests of Country N who were surprised and amazed by her actions as even Heidi was shocked too.

Country N's language was unlike English or other country's languages. One had to twist their tongue to speak it. Moreover, the country was situated in a remote area and was not wealthy. Therefore, many countries did not bother to learn their language, much less introduce names of dishes in their language as it was a difficult task.

The first lady spoke into her translation earset. The translator told Heidi, "The first lady said your daughter's fluency in their language is excellent. She understood it very well. She has gotten even more excited for this lunch banquet."

"Thank you." Heidi nodded with a smile.

Reporters at the side noted down that scene in secret.

When the charity event ended, Freya and Heidi journeyed back in the same car.

After being busy for most of the day, Freya was exhausted. She did not even feel this tired when she stayed in the laboratory for a whole day.

"Are you tired?" Heidi patted the back of her hand. Her tone was gentler than usual.

"You surprised me."

Heidi complimented Freya. "I only gave you the documents last night. I thought you wouldn't be able to remember the contents. But not only did you remember them, you even translated the names of the food into Country N's language. That's very hard to do. The names of some dishes are too complicated to translate and require a lot of thinking. Besides, you even learned some daily vocabulary in their language. You did better than me."

Freya blushed a little as she was rarely complimented by Heidi like this.
