Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life

Chapter 1514

What really got under her skin was seeing Fiona cozying up next to Allen! She couldn't help but steal a few glances at that spot, thinking how perfect it would be if she were the one sitting there. Imagine getting in with the Woods family—her life would be a dream!

Both the man from the Woods family and Allen seemed so dazzling, like stars just out of reach. If Fiona could use her charm to catch the eye of the Woods family guy, she figured she could do just as well. Her eyes landed on Nash, and she felt a thrill at the thought. How great would it be to have some kind of connection with Nash?

With that in mind, a sly smile crept onto her face. She was determined to have a chat with Nash once the concert wrapped up! At the very least, she wanted to make sure he remembered her in a good light.

Five minutes before showtime, the host started hyping the crowd with the evening's playlist and rundown. Each song title flashed on the big screen, and the buzz in the venue was electric, with cheers and screams echoing all around.

Allen was set to perform two brand-new singles that hadn't hit the market yet, though fans already knew them by heart from leaks and could hum along.noveldrama

“Alright, fans, let's give a big welcome to our idol, Allen, as he kicks off tonight with his first song..."

The moment the announcement ended, the crowd erupted in ear-splitting screams. Fiona gasped, realizing she'd underestimated the sheer volume of fan enthusiasm it was enough to make her ears ring.

She frowned, rubbing her temples in annoyance, not quite used to such a raucous atmosphere. She glanced over at Jackson, who sat straight and calm as ever. Unable to resist, she gave him a little poke and whispered, "Hey, big brother~" "What's up?" Jackson turned to her with a fond smile. "Want some candy?"

Fiona was amazed at how Jackson could catch her words amidst the chaos. Wasn't he fazed by the noise at all?

"Yes, please."

No sooner had she spoken than a lychee-flavored candy was popped into her mouth. So sweet!

She leaned against Jackson's shoulder, practically draping herself over him, and drifted off into a blissful nap. So relaxed.

"Ugh, shameless!" Janet sneered, clearly unimpressed.

It was obvious Fiona wasn't as innocent as she seemed. Janet quickly pulled out her phone, snapping a few shots, intending to stir

up some chaos for Fiona back at school. Let everyone see her true colors.

Even if Nash and Tyler wanted to stick up for her, they'd have no chance. The school wouldn't stand for someone so shameless.

Meanwhile, Janet's friends were too caught up in the concert to notice, each of them shouting excitedly toward the stage.

The concert dragged on until two in the morning. Many folks were visibly nodding off, especially the ones who'd tagged along with girlfriends or wives. Leaving early wasn't an option, given the ticket prices were as steep as a couple of months' wages for most.

It was downright crazy!

...

"Janet, can we try to meet the star after the show?"

"Yeah, can we snag an autograph?"

"Seriously, we don't get chances like this often. Unlike your family, scoring tickets isn't easy for us. If we leave without meeting him or getting an autograph, it feels like such a letdown after all this time."
