Fiona wasn't bothered by all the background noise; her mind was glued to her phone, watching the minutes crawl by. Why did today feel like it was dragging on forever? Just the thought of seeing Jackson made her lips curl into a smile.

Before long, a friend request popped up on her phone-from Yvenne. The next round of the designer competition was just around the corner, and Yvenne was really hoping Fiona would drop out voluntarily. After Fiona snagged first place in the preliminaries, her popularity shot through the roof, almost outshining Hannah's. Still, there were whispers that if Hannah hadn't bailed on the first round, Fiona wouldn't have come out on top.

She turned on her heel and left the school. There were only three minutes left until the end of study hall, and her brother was already waiting at the school gate. She needed to catch up with him first.

"Ouch!!! My hand, it hurts so much!" Yvenne cried out as her hand slammed against the wall, a sharp screw digging into her finger. Blood started to flow, and she fainted from the pain.

As Fiona walked out of the

classroom, Nash was right on her heels, while Tyler stood back,

watching with concern. After all, they were all part of the Reynolds family, and venne was technically his sister.

"I'll get you to the nurse's office. Hang in there," Tyler said, picking Yvenne up and heading for medical help.
