Chapter 45
Third-person narrative.
Back at the palace dungeon, Samuel’s heart was beyond broken. He could hardly believe how someone who was meant to be his soulmate could cause him so much pain and agony.
He knew she was capable of many things, but it never occurred to him that she would wish him dead, even after knowing that he was her mate.
The more Samuel thought of it, the more he was mad at himself for allowing Gwen to use him like he was some piece of trash.
He was so furious at himself, and slowly the anger he had towards Gwen started burning into a deep-rooted hatred.
He found himself hating her so much that he silently wished that a day would come when he would give her a taste of her medicine.
Even if he knew that his wish would never be answered, he could already picture himself punishing her for the way she treated him.
He wondered why the moon goddess had to be so unfair in paring him with such an evil-minded individual.
He was certain that he was going to get the death penalty; it would be a miracle for the alpha to do otherwise.
Not long after, he heard some movement heading his way and thought that must be the palace guards, as his eyes remained fixed on the dungeon gate.
A few seconds later, he is surprised to see Gwen’s father standing at the dungeon gate, scornfully looking at him along with two other palace guards that he is very familiar with.
He wasn’t surprised that the Beta would come to see him because he was Gwen’s father. But he was surprised at the time at which they visited.
Despite not having access to time, he could tell that it was way past when visitors were allowed in the palace.
“Good evening, sir,” he greeted him, but instead of getting a response, Gwen’s father angrily spat at him before turning to the guards with him.
“I would rather not hear a*********s when I come back here tomorrow,” he said to the guards before bringing a paper bag that contained some items.
Carefully, he brought out money and handed the money to one of the guards, after which he brought out a syringe and handed it to the other guard.
Make sure there is no mistake, he said to the guards who had nodded before, and he returned his eyes to a curious-looking Samuel.
“See you in hell, bastard,” he said, spitefully to Samuel before working out.
The guards gave Samuel a cold stare before closely following Gwen’s father.
Samuel immediately sensed that the guys had been instructed to kill him. He wondered, however, why he wasn’t given a fair hearing like the alpha normally does for other prisoners.
Nevertheless, he was not going to fight it; he had nothing to lose after all.
He believed that the alpha king must have instructed his beta to kill him for the crimes he had been accused of.
Despite wanting to stay up the entire night, his body was beginning to fail him, as he found himself unable to keep his eyes open due to sleep.
On opening his eyes, he saw the guards that had previously come in with Gwen’s father. One was holding a syringe while the other rattled while opening the dungeon gate.
They had just opened the gate and were about to enter when they heard another set of footsteps heading their way.
Out of panic, the guards rushed out and quickly locked the dungeon gate. Moments later, the triplets walked in and stood outside the gate to stare down at him.
Their gazes were blank and somewhat cold, even though he had yet to figure out why they were there. He was feeling a lot of relief that they had come in at the right time.
He would have probably been dead if they had come a few moments later.
“Open the gate,” Denver instructed one of the guards that had come with them. The guard hurriedly opened the gate, and the three alphas went into the dungeon.
“I am going to ask this question just once: what happened between you and Gwen?” Denver questioned me coldly.
Samuel thought at that moment what he wanted to do was go ahead and spill everything that transpired between him and Gwen on the triplets. But what if they don’t believe him? It’s his word against hers.
Moreover, he felt that he had the sole right to punish her for all the evil she had committed against him and everyone around her.
“My brother asked you a question,” Derrick said to him.
“I am sorry; I am ready to accept my fate,” he said with his face bowed down.
“Why are you protecting her? Why are you not defending yourself?” Devon questioned him, surprised that Samuel wasn’t talking like they had expected him to.
“What’s the use? Only those that have a reason to live would want to stay alive and defend their rights; please kill me,” Samuel said, and the triplets were more than amazed by his willingness to die.
The triplets exchanged looks with one another, realizing that Samuel was not going to say anything against Gwen.
“Well, you decided your fate; untie him,” Denver instructed the guard to untie him from all the chains he was bonded to, and the agitated guard did as he was told.
The triplets led Samuel into the woods and made him kneel before them.
“Since you have refused to say anything in your defense, For your crime, you are hereby banished from the Silver Moon Pack. You are not to be seen anywhere around or close to the pack,” Denver said, surprised, looking at Samuel.
He was surprised because he thought he was going to die, and the triplet setting him free meant that his silent wish had been answered.
Well, part of his wish
“Thank you,” he said to the triplets as he stood up from his kneeling position.
“Just so you know, if we get to find out that you were part of any plans to ruin our pack and cause havoc, we are going to find you, and when we do, we will kill you,” Derrick said.
“Run!” The triplets jointly said this to him, and he scampered away into the woods as fast as his two omega legs could carry him.
The triplet then decided that should anyone ask about the whereabouts of Samuel, it should be said that they killed him.
That night, they went back to check on Gina and found that she was still sound asleep, so the triplets decided to let her enjoy her beauty while they went back to their various rooms.

News of Samuel being executed by the triplet alphas quickly spread across the pack.
Early the next morning, when Lucas Amel came back to find out if Samuel was indeed dead, he was told by one of the guards that Samuel had been killed by the triplets.
Lucas Amel is not fully convinced, and he decided to find out from the triplets himself. He walked to where they were doing their early morning walkout.
The triplets, upon seeing him, immediately knew why he had come to see them, as they all stopped what they were doing to hear what he had to say.
“What brings you to the palace this early morning?” Derrick questioned his father, Beta, as he walked closer to them.
“I heard the slave boy has been executed, and I just couldn’t help but imagine why no one has found his dead body,” he said to the triplets.
“Why do you need to see his body? Is there something you fear?” questioned Derrick.
“Mind how you speak with me, young man; I am old enough to be your father,” Lucas Amel rated angrily at Derrick.
“News flash, you are not our father and will never be; you wanted your daughter to get justice for
“We have been sexually assaulted, and we have done that; what else do you want?” Denver questions.
“Maybe he needs the slave head as a trophy,” teased Devon.
“This is not right; I will not be treated like my opinions do not matter; it was my daughter who was assaulted, and all I asked for was justice,” Lucas Amel stated. This text is © NôvelDrama/.Org.
“And justice has been served; I wonder what else you are looking for. If I didn’t know you better, I would say you fear something,” Denver said to him in a cold, chilling voice.
Lucas Amel immediately seemed to notice that the triplet was getting angry with his presence with each passing second, so he opted for a way.
“I demand to see the king this minute,” he said.
“Our father is sleeping now; he will call for you when he is awake,” Derrick said to him.
Lucas Amel, not knowing what to say again, angrily left the trio present.
When the triplets visited Gina later that day, she was furious at them for daring to kill an innocent guy.
But she was told that they had not killed him but banished him from the pack.
She thanks the triplet for giving Samuel an opportunity and hopes that time will tell whether what Gwen accused him of is truly valid or not.
The triplets tell her about their little planned vacation, and she is all excited to hear about it.
“What about the Luna ritual,” she questioned amid excitement.
“I’m sure they can wait for us to come back,” Devon said to her.
For the first time, Gina felt happy being with all her three mates as she could hardly wait for their little vacation to take off.
