Chapter 560 Two Weeks Ago
Upon seeing the divorce certificates, Chanel was filled with determination.
“Let’s go with them too, Clarissa,” Bethany suggested.
Knowing full well how manipulative Chanel was, Clarissa didn’t hesitate to agree.
When Damien and Chanel were handling Chandler, Clarissa and Bethany stayed in the car.
Chanel, for her part, tried her hardest to drag the time as long as she could. She didn’t want Damien to
remarry Clarissa at any cost.
Still, she was well aware of the two’s history together. Despite her efforts, they would eventually
remarry, no matter the circumstances.
After the visit with Lucy was over, Chanel returned to Florin.
Damien then sent Bethany back home.
When they finally reached home, Clarissa was exhausted. She wasn’t too concerned about getting
remarried immediately.
Surprisingly, Damien didn’t protest and went along with her.
“I have to go to the university tomorrow. Why don’t we get it done on Friday instead? Then we can grab

Connie received a text from Iris.
“Your passport is done, so come to England. I have big news for you. Make sure you come alone.”
Connie was utterly confused. At the same time, she knew how manipulative Iris was.
Cindy, on the other hand, was quite thrilled by the news.
“I think you should go!” Cindy pushed, trying to convince Connie.
Eventually, Connie agreed and went to see Iris in a bar.
“Lift your head up,” Iris ordered.
At this point, Connie began to wonder if Iris was really planning to sell her.
Iris looked at Connie critically. She wasn’t happy, but as of this moment, Connie was the only person
she could find. She had to make do.
“Do you know who Clarissa’s biological mother is?” Iris asked.
That rang a bell, and Connie was reminded of the ring her grandmother had passed to Clarissa a long
time ago. “I don’t.”
“Clarissa’s biological mother is actually my sister, but she’s gone insane. I want you to pretend to be my
sister’s daughter and approach her. I also want you to get my old man’s bank password. I’ll pay you
handsomely if you can do your job well.”
Iris conveniently skipped the part where she had tried to kill her sister and father.
“Huh?” Connie was perplexed. The sudden revelation left her weak with shock. She had an inkling that
Clarissa was rich, but she never expected Clarissa to be Iris’s niece!
“My sister used to be an actress just like you, so nobody will doubt your link to her.”
Connie nodded.
