Chapter 27 Evil Nature

was wrong. Please forgive me this time and I’ll never do it again.”
Calvin raised his hand and stopped his speech, “You’re all talking about what we used to be. How
about this, there’s only one of you who will go down the stairs and the other one...”
Mary and John were both desperate. They knew the other one was going to be thrown out of the
window.
John looked at Mary and she looked right back at him.
“Mary, I can’t do this. How about you...”
Mary ground her teeth. Did he think she was dumb? From this height, if she was lucky, she would
break her legs; if she wasn’t, she would die.
“John, you told me that you loved me, right? How can you let me jump out of the window?”
John hesitated for a while and then lowered his head, “I don’t want you to get hurt. You’re my one and
only. Never mind, just go.”
Calvin didn’t expect him to be this responsible. He was even a little impressed.
Mary bit her lips and looked him into his eyes, “John, no matter what you become, I will always love
you.”
Then she instantly turned around and walked down the stairs.
It was hard to imagine how loving she was a second ago.
Calvin honored his words and let Mary through.
But at that time, John rushed over there and grabbed Mary’s waist.
“John, what are you doing?” Mary was nearly scared to death.
“What am I doing? Why aren’t you the one who jumps out of the window? How much money I spent on
you, huh? I only slept with you for a few times and this is not a good deal for me. Now it’s time for you
to pay me back!”
Mary struggled and scratched his arms with his nails.
“Bitch!” John yelled and threw her out of the window.
“Ahhh...” she screamed desperately.
Mary looked back at the window. John’s distorted face was deeply imprinted in her head. This text is property of Nô/velD/rama.Org.
For a split second, she regretted everything she had ever done.
If it was Calvin, he’d jump for her without any hesitation.
Remorse welled up in her heart. Unfortunately, it was already too late.
Calvin walked silently to the window and watched as her blood spreading on the ground...
“You are a monster.”
“Haha, I don’t wanna die. I spent so much money on her. She would make my money worthwhile. Are
you gonna break your promise?”
Calvin said emotionlessly, “I’m not despicable like you. Piss off.”
John ground his teeth and thought to himself that he would definitely revenge for himself.
But he was truly scared of Calvin. He went towards the stairs in a defensive gesture,
Just as he was about to walk down the stairs, he found that Calvin was standing in front of the window
gloomily.
What a great chance!
He clenched his fists and then dashed forward to push his back to the window.
“Die!”
They were close to each other and Calvin was distracted by Mary.
John had all these advantages and was certain that it was Calvin’s doom day.
His hands were about to touch Calvin’s back.
Suddenly, something flashed in front of his eyes and Calvin disappeared.
He saw the window and it was too late for him to stop.
“Ahhh...” John flew out of the window and fell heavily onto the solid ground.
Blood kept spurring out of his mouth...
Calvin sighed, “It’s all karma.”
He stepped on the window and then jumped down onto the ground elegantly.
He gazed at the blood and felt the urge to fight somebody.
There was not a single person who was still standing except for him. Of course he couldn’t find anyone
to fight with.
He didn’t know when Paul ran away. Looked like he had to find him next time.
Calvin walked to the door and then stopped.
There were more than forty people waiting in the alley.
Paul was standing up front with his face covered in blood.
“Kill him!”
After he yelled, all of those forty people waved their pats and knives at once and came at Calvin.
Calvin’s heart started pounding loud and he felt like he was an unbeatable warrior.
That was the feeling! Come one! Let’s fight!
Calvin’s eyes turned red again and the Yin-Yang Compass in his palm was flashing dark light,
Paul began grinning and he was sure that Calvin was going down.
Bang!
The first couple of punks got punched out of the way and their bodies knocked over a bunch of people.
To their surprise, faced with so many people, Calvin did not back up but kept beating them down.
He discovered that the Yin-Yang Compass could not only cure diseases but could also give him great
power.
His body was filled up with white and dark power and nobody could beat him now.
Great power came with great sensation.
Calvin clenched his fists and his muscles were bulging. He put up her hands and roared, “Bring it on!”
Right now, he was like a devil from hell!
With Calvin at the center, a one-meter radius was an absolute no-life zone.
Neither bats nor knives could harm him anymore.
Before they could touch his body, their bones were shattered into pieces.
Dozens of men were crawling at his feet, screaming and yelling.
Their screams intimidated other people and chilled a few of them to the bones.
“Hang in there! Block him there! He’s all alone! Come at him!”
Paul kept nagging them to get Calvin but he kept stepping backwards.
The people up front had nowhere to retreat and had to rush ahead.
But Calvin’s fists were faster than their eyes.
Before they even knew it, they were knocked several meters away. One of them was tossed on top of
Paul, who was about to flee.
“Ahhh! My waist!”
Paul’s waist was hit. That 200-pound man crushed his body and he nearly vomited blood.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
After that, the alley got a lot quieter.
There were only three men left and Calvin slowly approached them.
“Oh my god! He’s a monster! Let’s run away!!”
One of them fled away and the other two were shaking with terror. They both dropped their wooden
bats and followed him.
“Come back! You fucking come back!”
Paul had barely caught his breath when a pair of leather shoes appeared in front of him.
He looked up and found that Calvin was quietly watching him.
“You...Don't touch me. I can get hundreds of people here!”
Calvin said coldly, “Good, I’ll wait for you.”
“What...What are you trying to do? John is the one who messed with you, not me. They just used me to
trick you here. I know nothing!”
“Oh, so I shouldn’t blame you, huh?”
“Yes! You want to cooperate with me, right? I know, I’ll take the Houston clinic into consideration.
”
Calvin suddenly burst into laughter. The next second, he stepped one of his feet on Paul’s chest.
Paul couldn’t remember how many times he vomited blood today.
He felt like his chest was suppressed by a boulder and he couldn’t breathe.
Was he still a human?
“Don’t...don’t be like this...We can...talk this through.”
“You lost. And Chelston Healthcare, no, Chelston Bentley has fired you. You really think you can fool
me?”
Paul was astonished, “Why...why did you know all of this?’
“Hmm, because I’ve already got the contract.”
Paul could do nothing but beg Calvin to let him live on his knees.
The sirens of the ambulance were coming from afar. There’s no security camera here so they wouldn’t
have any evidence.
The doctors ran into the alley and were all shocked.
The alley was filled with men whose arms and legs were broken. But they only got one car.
“Report to the headquarter for backup. I’ll go in there.”
The doctors ran into the yard and Mary was lying on the ground, whispering, “Save...save me...”
“Help me! Help me first and I’ll give you money!” John also yelled.
The doctors leaned over to check their conditions, “They’ve lost too much blood. We need a transfusion
now. Blood test first.”
Two doctors opened their first aid kits and took out the simple blood test paper. One of them shouted,
“You’ve got the wrong one. It is blue.”
“I’m sorry. It’s my fault. Oh, doctor, see...”
The other doctor turned around and froze, “Miss, you...you’ve got AIDS.”
Mary was astonished. After a while, she slowly turned to John.
Everyone heard her screaming squeakily, “John, I’m gonna kill you...” reading more
