The Almighty Dominance

Chapter 294

"Explain what?" Rose screamed, her voice echoing harshly against the sterile walls.

"He's lying-every single one of them is! We've been doing just fine with Dr. Louise York. Now suddenly these frauds show up and hand us a completely different result? No way. They're all liars—plain and simple!"

The doctors and nurses exchanged weary, condescending glances, staring at Rose as though she were raving mad.

"If you can't accept reality, that's your problem," the lead doctor said coldly, her tone dripping contempt.

"Feel free to find another hospital to peddle your delusions. But be warned, your precious private doctor is nothing but a fraud who'd sell his mother for the right price."

With a dismissive sneer, the doctor pivoted sharply, stalking back toward the helicopter, leaving a bitter, unbearable truth hanging heavily behind him.

Lyra broke into bitter laughter.

"Alex, why don't you break it down for them," she mocked, "as a professional, of course."

Alex's smile curled into something dark and cruel.

"Gladly. Since you're all so desperate to know," he said, his gaze cutting into Rose with cold disdain.

"Here's the truth. Rose has been screwing at least six men in this room- everyone except the gardener and the chef. And the only reason they're not on the list is because they're too busy being in love with one of the six."

The male gardener shot a glance at the chef, then at the bodyguard and their eyes said everything.

'How dare you cheat on me!'

"Do you even hear yourself?" David growled, his jaw so tight it looked like his teeth might shatter. "I don't tolerate slander!"

If Lyra hadn't been standing between them, he would've put a bullet straight through Alex's skull without a second thought.

Alex didn't flinch. He just arched an eyebrow, cool and calm.

"I know exactly what I'm saying. Or would you rather I wrap it up in more pretty little lies?"

"You bastard!" Rose screamed, her humiliation boiling over into unfiltered rage.

"How dare you slander me, you spineless, venom-tongued freak! I'll smash that smug face of yours into pulp!"

"Enough!" David thundered, silencing her instantly. His eyes drilled into Alex. "Got proof, or just poison words?"

Alex's grin was wicked. "Proof? Easy. Check the smartwatches and phones of these eleven lovely people. Scroll through their galleries-you might find something rather entertaining."

Before David could respond, William bolted toward the door.

Instantly, David's other bodyguard lunged, tackling him to the polished marble floor with a brutal crash.

He ripped William's smartphone away, quickly scanning the contents before handing it to David.

David snatched it, the color draining from his face as rage surged through his veins. He looked ready to explode.

Rose swallowed hard, suddenly nervous.

"Honey, what's wrong?" she asked shakily, attempting innocence.

Without a word, David spun around, his palm connecting violently with Rose's face.

The slap echoed like a gunshot, knocking her backward. Blood trickled from her lips, her cheek instantly swelling. Everyone froze, utterly stunned.

"David, why-why did you hit me?" Rose whimpered, clutching her face, eyes brimming with disbelief.

The room fell into suffocating silence. None of them could believe it-David Morgan, the man notorious for fiercely protecting his wife, had just struck her in cold fury.

"Look at this and explain yourself!" David snarled, throwing the phone at her feet.

Trembling, Rose picked up the phone. One glance drained every drop of color from her face, leaving her pale and shaken as if she'd been punched again.

The screen displayed an explicit selfie-William smirking arrogantly beside Rose's unmistakably naked body.

"No...this must be Al-deepfake technology or something! You know they can fake anything now!" Rose protested desperately.

"Are you still trying to lie to me? Now?" David exploded, veins bulging in his neck.

Fury and betrayal coiled around his heart like a noose, tightening with every breath.

He'd just discovered he had six Eskimo brothers.

It was already soul-crushing to learn his wife had slept around. But now she was carrying AIDS.

And she'd passed it to him without a shred of remorse.

She wasn't just unfaithful-she was a walking disgrace.

Rose collapsed to her knees, sobbing hysterically. "David, please-I was

confused, I swear! Forgive me!"

Suddenly, she whipped around, finger stabbing toward the terrified young bodyguard next to her.

"It's all his fault! He seduced me! I'm innocent-he ruined me!"

"Mrs. Morgan, try showing some integrity for once. You pursued me! How can you shove this mess entirely onto me?" William snapped, anger pulsing through his voice.

"Exactly!" another man shouted, desperation edging into his tone.

"You came onto me first," the driver protested, eyes wide with fear.

"Damn right," growled one of the bodyguards, glaring at Rose with barely concealed disgust.

They all knew the stakes; crossing Richie Morgan meant their lives hung by a thread.

No one wanted to become the fall guy.

"Shut your filthy mouths! Every single one of you twisted creeps seduced me! Worse, you animals gave me AIDS!" Rose shrieked, her voice raw with fury. She charged toward them, delivering blistering slaps that echoed sharply through the room.

She spun back, collapsing to her knees at David's feet, eyes glittering with tears. "Please, David, I made a horrible mistake. I'm begging you, forgive me. We're husband and wife-give me one more chance!"

David's expression darkened, a cold revulsion twisting his features.

"Husband and wife? After you've turned me into brothers-in-arms with this bunch? You're revolting."

He had loved her once, genuinely and deeply, but loyalty was the bedrock of his affection.

Without fidelity, love meant nothing.

"You're to blame! You ruined everything, you miserable little worms! I'll tear your

eyes out!" Rose screamed, her rage exploding as she lunged at Lyra.

"Back off!" Alex shouted, swiftly stepping forward and driving a brutal kick into her face.noveldrama

Rose crumpled to the floor,

clutching her face, gasping in agony. Her face twisted into a pitiful plea, "David-help me. They're hurting me. Your wife is begging you...

David's eyes hardened into crimson ice, his voice dangerously calm as he commanded, "Security, get these people out of my sight. Now."

Immediately, twenty guards swarmed into the room, gripping each of the eleven people roughly.

The head of security met David's gaze with a grim seriousness. "Sir, how should we deal with them?"

A lethal edge entered David's eyes. "Extract the truth-by whatever means necessary."

"Understood, sir."

"David!" Rose's wails echoed helplessly as the guards dragged her away.

Her apologies and pleas dissolved into futile echoes down the hallway.

Finally, silence settled like a heavy shroud. David closed his eyes, inhaling deeply

to calm his racing pulse.

He steadied himself, mastering his turmoil with practiced control.

Turning to Lyra, he lowered his voice, tone softening, "Ms. Thompson, forgive me

for the ugly scene. I hope it hasn't shaken you too deeply."

Lyra offered a composed smile. "It's fine. An unfortunate misunderstanding,

nothing more."

"You must be the talented healer Alex I've heard so much about," David continued, focusing on Alex.

"After today's chaos, I can see your reputation is well-earned."

Alex nodded slightly. "Mr. Morgan, I understand today has been difficult. I hope

you're managing alright."

David's expression tightened briefly before he forced a bitter smile.

"I owe you thanks, Alex. Without your sharp perception, who knows how long I'd

have lived under these lies."

He knew the truth stung deeply, but pain now was better than betrayal later.

Lyra spoke carefully, her voice steady but tense.

"Mr. Morgan, you need to understand this clearly. Each time you were cured, you were

reinfected again and again. Omet

tests Confirm your wife is the source. The miracle pill works perfectly. It's not the medicine that's failing-it's her."
