Blushing, she playfully replied, "Why can't you get it? It's obvious. When your wife is angry, you have to do that with her. When she's not being affectionate, do it with her. Since you have experience with women, you can't seriously not know this, right?"

Matthew exclaimed with a drawn-out "oh" in realization. He understood completely. After all, he often said stuff like that to Rachel all the time.

He would always advise Rachel to engage in that kind of thing. Just a taste of it, and she would feel amazing.

A rugged-looking man sat in his chair. He had unkempt facial hair that seemed untouched for a while and disheveled, greasy hair. He had a cigarette in his mouth and was glued to his phone screen.

The phone displayed a gorgeous woman pole dancing. The man was so engrossed that he didn't even notice that someone had walked into the clinic.

Upon seeing the man's appearance, Matthew felt something was off. This guy couldn't be Sebastian. A refined man wouldn't act like this.

Nevertheless, with a friendly smile, Matthew asked, "Hello. Is Dr. Campbell around?"

The man looked up and noticed the newcomer. He excitedly stood up and replied, "Hi there. I'm Dr. Campbell!

Upon hearing that, Matthew furrowed his brows. Sebastian was too blunt with his words. It was an entirely different approach from the ad on the door.

Sebastian opened the tattered drawer and started rummaging around before pulling out an ID card. "Do you need to see my ID? You must have heard about my excellent medical skills and traveled here from afar, right?

"Relax. You've come to me. Even if your husband's is weak and limp like a caterpillar, my treatment will make it strong, tough, and lasting."

In no time, Renae's pretty face was flushed red. With a playful look in her eyes, she glanced at Matthew.

Upon hearing Matthew explain that they weren't a couple, Renae didn't argue back. Instead, she turned to yell at Sebastian, "What nonsense are you spouting? We're not looking for treatment."

Wait, this wasn't about medical treatment? The smile on Sebastian's face faded. He tossed the ID card on the desk and returned to his worn-out chair.

Sebastian's attitude became indifferent right away. "So, what do you need from me?"
