Matthew remained expressionless, and the words he uttered next were cold and sharp as if they were drawn from the depths of hell.

"If that's so, you can go to hell!"

Right after, he prepared to pull the trigger, but Caleb shouted anxiously, "Don't... Don't kill me! I'll tell you. I'll tell you everything."

Then, Matthew said with a chill, "Spit it out then!"

Caleb grimaced. He knew that he had no way out other than to tell the truth, so he slowly said, "I'm actually blind!"

He was blind? Upon hearing his response, Matthew kicked Caleb in the stomach, which knocked Caleb to the ground.

"Who are you trying to fool? You wouldn't be able to see anything if you were blind. But you can see not only everything that's in front of you but also whatever's behind you. You call that being blind?"

Caleb's face turned ashen with pain as he clutched onto his stomach and gasped for air. After he had regained his composure a little, he said again, "Listen to me. I really am blind.

"I made a bet with a person called 'old fox' back then. I've never once lost a gamble in my entire life, but I lost back then. I lost to him terribly, and I even lost my eyes!"

Old fox? Matthew never thought that Caleb had lost to the guy who taught him how to gamble when he was in jail. Now, Caleb had lost again to Matthew.

Matthew couldn't tell if Caleb was straight up unlucky, or downright cursed to have met them both.

Then, Caleb continued, "Though I lost my eyes, I still had some money left. When I heard of a foreign lab working on electronic eyes and brain-to-visual-nerve data transmission experiments, I spent all my remaining money on it.

"That's when I installed an eyeball-shaped surveillance camera that came with a microcomputer."

After he spoke, Caleb took one of his eyeballs out and stretched his hands out to Matthew. "This eyeball is a surveillance camera, and it comes with Bluetooth functions.

"The other eyeball is a

microcomputer, and it can process the videos and images the

surveillance camera captures. Then, this information is transmitted to my brain after my optic nerve iso stimulated.

"So, although I'm blind, my vision isn't affected at all. In fact, it's more than ten times better than my original vision.

"Even if the back of all the poker

At that, Caleb pointed at the back of his head. He had very long hair, and it was plaited back.

Caleb then pointed to the hairband

that was used to tie his hair and said, "This black bead is actually surveillance camera, and it can transmit everything to the

"That's how I'm able to notice everything that happens behind me."

Matthew was finally enlightened. So, it was because Caleb had installed an eye at the back of his head.

Then, Caleb continued, "I'll tell you more about it to show my honesty. To tell you the truth, it isn't only the back of my head where I installed a camera.

"I installed a surveillance camera on each of my shoelaces, the back of my clothes, and even the decorative buttons on both my sleeves are cameras.

"These are all my eyes, and I've got 360-degree vision! Not to mention, I've installed a camera on each of my ten rings.

"These ten rings act as my eyes. If I wanted to know what was going on in a certain room, all I had to do was to put a ring into that room.

"Even if I left the room and stood outside, where the wall separates me from the room, I'd be able to see what happens inside the room."
