The employee in charge of tabulating all the information had finished their task as well.

Sasha went through all the clients' details, and then she helped to introduce

prospective partners to collaborate. After receiving their payment, she didn't rush to pay her friends.

Instead, Sasha asked, "Do you want me to pay you after I settle your taxes? Or do you want me to pay you immediately, and you can settle the taxes by yourself?"

However, her friends didn't care about the money. Even though they were working for Sasha, they just wanted something to do with their time.

When they saw Sasha's question, they all replied, "After taxes, of course! Otherwise, we'll have to go through the trouble of paying taxes by ourselves."

Sasha replied nonchalantly, "Sure. That means you'll have to wait until I complete the tax procedures tomorrow, and then I will pay you."

"No problem!"

Suddenly, Sasha thought about hiring an accountant for her company. That way, she wouldn't have to take time out to manage the finances.

Similarly, she thought of hiring more employees for other functions as well. That meant she had to readjust the commission rates.

Sasha felt a headache coming, but she had always disliked hassle. She immediately called Shane and put him in charge of recruitment.

Then, she messaged the company group chat and announced her concerns about adjusting commission rates for self-referred cases. In the end, the person who closed a case was willing to lower their commission payout from 60% to 55%, and the data tabulator reduced his commission from 20% to 15%. That left the company with 30% of the income.

With the newly adjusted commission ratio, Sasha felt more confident about the company's growth. She thanked her employees for their understanding, and they all replied, "We're not doing this for the money, after all. It's just to kill time."

Sasha didn't refute, but she silently wished they would say the same after receiving their payment tomorrow. After all, Sasha was generous with the salary payout!

Shortly after Zane and I got home, Dorothy and Milton returned home with Willow. When Willow saw me, she excitedly jumped into my arms. "Mommy, you won't believe how much fun I had today!"

I embraced Willow and asked gently, "What did you do? Can you tell me more?"noveldrama

"Of course!" Willow exclaimed.

Willow excitedly told me about her experience while traveling in her grandparents' car, the flowers she saw on the road, the friends she made and the places they visited. Everything was exciting ando interesting to her.

After Willow finished, she laughed and said, "I want to go again!"

But Zane didn't answer her immediately. Instead, he asked Dorothy and Milton, "Would you be able to handle that?"

Now that Dorothy and Milton were getting old, Zane was worried that it might be

too physically demanding for them to care for two young children.

Dorothy and Milton nodded in response. They said, "Of course! They're both very well-behaved. We feel younger when we spend time with them. We're not tired at all!"

Hearing that, Zane felt more at ease. Initially, he thought of bringing Willow out with me. But judging by the situation, that wouldn't be necessary.

Zane said calmly, "That's good."

Willow rocked her legs and leaned into my arms. She continued to happily share more details about her experience.

Zane looked at Willow and said, "But Willow, I have something important to talk to you about. I want you to be prepared for it."
