The important thing was that Gideon was clearly more powerful than Finlay. After just a few days, Analise had already agreed to bond with him.

"What's going on? Did something happen? Why do both of you look so down?" Sylvester assumed it was another issue with Stormclaw Alliance.

"It's nothing." Scott shook his head and raised his hand to check his interface.

He flipped through the photo of himself and Analise, then glanced at the photo of Analise and Gideon.

Was Analise happier when she was with Gideon?

Sean had been staring at Scott, about to ask something, but accidentally caught a glimpse of Scott's wrist. "Scott, have you already formed a contract?"

Scott didn't respond to him.

"Finlay, did you form a contract, too?" Sean turned his head, looking at Finlay in shock.

After a moment, both Finlay and Scott nodded in agreement.

Sean looked at them suspiciously, observing their wrists. "Did you two form a contract with... the same female?"

Sean felt like the tattoo looked familiar. Had he seen it somewhere before?

Both of them nodded again.

"Why aren't you two speaking? Why do you both look so miserable?" Sean looked at their sour faces, feeling a little uneasy.

"They've most likely fallen out of favor." Sylvester laughed after realizing it.

From Sean's question and their reactions, it seemed that Analise had a new companion. And it was probably Gideon from Shadowhawk Alliance.

Sylvester had heard a little about this.

When Analise formed a contract with Scott and the others, Cosmoseek nearly collapsed, and the therians at Stormclaw Hospital had been talking about it for days. So, it wasn't hard for Sylvester to figure it out.

But he hadn't seen Analise in person yet. After all, she was Scott's mate, so he should meet her.

Thinking this, he quietly opened his interface, wondering whether he should send Analise something.

"Fallen out of favor?" Sean couldn't help but laugh in disbelief. "Scott is so outstanding. How could he fall out of favor?"

"That's not always the case. Being outstanding doesn't mean you know how to pamper a female," Sylvester replied while browsing on his interface.

It seemed Sylvester's words hit the nail on the head, and the atmosphere grew silent.

That was, until an abrupt voice broke the silence.

"It's just a contract. Haven't you two already mated? No matter what, you're always the first. Don't panic. Be more affectionate and find more chances to stay with Analise.

"Females need their males to take care of them. Right now, Analise is with Shadowhawk Alliance, and

Gideon is always with her. Naturally, she'll be closer to him."

The person on the other end-Finlay's friend-didn't seem to be doing anything,

sending a voice message to save time.

Finlay had planned to convert it into

unintentional, but with Sylvester's

action, Scott's face darkened.

Especially after finding out that Finlay had already mated with Analise, Scott felt even more unsettled.

But the person by Analise's side now was Gideon. He was supposed to be the second partner!

Seeing how furious Scott looked, Finlay quickly turned off his interface, worried that Scott might think he did it on purpose.

"I have something to take care of. I'll leave now." Scott glanced at Sean and Sylvester. "You two should get some rest."

"Finlay, you've been working for days, and the situation with the alliance has improved compared to a few days ago. Go home and rest today. Let Derek take

over.

"We've been busy with Stormclaw Alliance, so we haven't contacted Ana. When you get back, give her a call and check on how she's doing."

After saying that, Scott left.
