Chapter 590 A father-son relationship that brings tears
Dixon looked over everything they had just rummaged through. All of a sudden, his eyes locked on an object. He gestured frantically for them to gather over.
Underneath the burned and melted steel shelf, there was a huge freezer!
At that moment, Dixon's heart was lifted to his throat. Everyone was shocked. They didn't think that such a big refrigerated freezer would be buried underneath. The shell had been burnt red. They came up immediately to try to prize the freezer door open from several directions with professional prying tools. The moment the door was pried open, Dixon saw Victor's face in Eugene's arms.
The telepathy between the father and the son was almost a miraculous connection at this point. Victor passed out, but he kept up the speed of the knocking, clutching an iron bar in his hand, mechanically knocking on the wall of the freezer.
He had lost consciousness. But his body instinctively maintained the movement of calling for help. Dixon burst into tears. He carried Victor out. His hands were shaking. The people behind him rescued Eugene, who curled up. The rescuing group frantically brought the survivors out.
"Mahoney! We found them! We found Victor and Eugene!" Jarvis shouted frantically into his caller, "Get someone to meet us outside. They may have passed out from too much carbon dioxide!"
Mahoney was surprised and happy. They found survivors! He hoped it was not too late!
Dixon held Victor, as if he was holding his treasure, and ran outside. Behind him was an explosion of
flame. He didn't look back. His figure was like a shadow, running away from the sea of fire, which became a shocking sight.
He ran out of the flames, bringing out black smoke wrapped around him.
Mahoney roared, "He's out! Hurry! Come out!"
His voice broke.
As soon as Dixon came out, he fell to his knees. But he held up Victor tightly and didn't let Victor fall. Then he almost tore himself away from the appliance. The people waiting on one side rushed up to help. Dixon was grabbed in the ambulance. But he screamed, "Victor! Saye Victor!"
"Dixon, get in the ambulance!"
"I want to stay with Victor!" Dixon's eyes were bloodshot, "Do not stop me! Let me see Victor!" People on the side felt their noses sore. When Dixon watched Victor being pushed into the ambulance with his oxygen mask on, he stumbled a few steps.
But his knees went weak when he stood up, and he fell to the ground again with a huge sound.
Bystanders went to pull him, only to find that his legs were shaking so much that he couldn't stand up.noveldrama
It would take a lot of courage for a normal person to rush into a fire. Not to mention that the father had just narrowly escaped from the fire. He almost missed the signals from his son...
Jarvis took off his protective suit to
help support Dixon. The two of them also had to undergo a physical examination. Mahoney let them jump in the car with him. Jarvis went up first. He reached out to pull Dixon up.
Looking at Victor lying on the stretcher in front of him, Dixon trembled and thought to himself, 'Luckily, I did not miss you... Luckily, I heard your last cry for help...'
When the fire came, he could think of taking Eugene into the freezer to stall for time, and also knew to use the three short, three long, and three short signals to call for help! Dixon was startled by Victor's smart
He looked at the boy and wondered how much power was hidden in this small body.
The car slowly started. Jarvis drew a piece of paper for Dixon.
Dixon froze.
Jarvis' voice was soft, "Dixon you... Don't you know you've been crying?"
What do you think?
