Abram realized all was lost. He cackled wildly, abandoning his earlier guise of helplessness, and jabbed a finger at Allison, hurling curses. “I am the premier designer in this world. Without my endorsement, your creations would merely gather dust in some forgotten corner as mere mud—” His tirade was cut short as his mouth was swiftly covered.

As his agitation escalated, the police swiftly intervened, escorting him away while admonishing, “Calm down, don’t resist!”

Even though Abram’s mouth was muffled, the furious sounds emanating from his throat clearly expressed his fierce resistance. As his protests diminished with distance, the assembly’s focus gently shifted back to the festivities.

The crowd responded with enthusiastic applause.

Had Melany been aware sooner of Abram’s deceit and incompetence, she would never have engaged with him.

“‘Moreover, you witnessed it yourself. I was not the only one misled by him.’”

Indeed, it was hard to envision such a reputed individual conspiring with his studio to fabricate lies.
